Recording agreements taken in conflicts requires previous studies. It also requires an analysis of what is happening and from there getting into the development of an agreement model. Learning negotiation and getting into agreements respecting every position. How to detect disruptive behaviour? How to reflect a pact between the school and the family? What are agreement sheets used for? These are the topics of this article. At the end, there are models of questionnaires for school and home.Downloads
