Abstract

A single and unmarried woman leaves the hospital with her newborn in her arms. As she lacks the means to support it, she chooses to leave it inside a luxurious car with a note asking whoever finds it, care and love. Then she runs away desperately but soon reconsiders and returns to the car, however, it is gone: some thieves have stolen it.

A homeless man and glass salesman pass through a suburb and find a package. Inside there is the baby and looking for its owner. After several incidents, she decides to take him in.

During the first five years the boy grows up in a home and creates a close affective bond with his caregiver. In addition, he becomes his partner, shares food, poverty and collaborates to obtain money with curious jobs.

Meanwhile, the life of the child's mother gives a resounding change as she becomes a rich woman because she is a famous opera singer. However, she is sad that she does not have her son and tries to get him back. She often helps poor children; by chance, she comes to a place where her son lives and meets him.

The boy has got sick and his homeless “parent” notify the doctor, who certifies the unhealthy place where the child lives. He also calls the police to transfer him to a children's shelter. Finally, the child's mother, through the doctor, identifies the note written by her and excitedly gets her son back.
