Every educational act is a relational act and interpersonal encounters shape the person. Generating a climate of personalized relationships in the school contributes to developing global competencies in students that will contribute to the construction of a person who is competent and responsible towards the global challenges. For this reason, the school must contribute to the acquisition of the relational skills necessary to create a new humanism where the common good prevails, so necessary to respond to the complexity of the current world.
