In A LA PAR Foundation we have been working for more than 70 years with people with intellectual disabilities for their rights and their inclusion in our society, designing supports where they face barriers.
One of the main tools we use is the practice of physical activity adapted, understood as a knowledge dedicated to the identification, acceptance and resolution of individual differences in physical activity, adapting them to the context in which they develop, in our case aimed at young people and adolescents with intellectual disabilities.
The aim of this analysis is to present all the proposals that are developed from the area of Physical Education to achieve significant improvements in terms of social inclusion through sport.
