The short film begins with the celebration of the Ordinary Meeting of a community of neighbors in which everyone votes unanimously for the only point of the day: the change of elevator in the house.
The meeting runs smoothly and ends quickly. While the group is saying goodbye, they learn of the arrival of a new tenant at Alberto's apartment, which has been rented for some time. And the neighbors want to know the identity of the next tenant. Alberto tells them that he is a co-worker who is a member of the social reintegration program linked to a job reintegration program. The news provokes an unexpected debate where the neighbors will expose and share their preconceived ideas about the risk of living with people who have mental health problems in community societies.
After a while, the group's deliberation will take on a new awareness thanks to the personal experience of a neighbor.
