Abstract

In this article we will see different strategies to implement PD in an educational center, we will know some of the schools that are carrying it out and we will share the day to day of what we do in the classroom to promote this cultural change in a school. All this, with the objective to develop socio-emotional skills in both our students and our staff and to create a culture based on respect, belonging and significant of all its members.

Núria Rodríguez Font, Positive Discipline Lab

Núria ha trabajado durante más de 25 años en el desarrollo de personas. Los primeros 10 años en multinacionales desarrollando proyectos de recursos humanos y de gestión del cambio y los últimos 15 en centros educativos donde ha sido profesora, tutora, responsable de Formación Humana y Social y Directora de Bachillerato. Es entrenadora líder de disciplina positiva y Máster Trainer en Empowering People in the Workplace. Se ha especializado en el acompañamiento de equipos directivos y claustros que quieren impulsar cambios en sus centros educativos.
