Abstract

Our primary focus should be on the horizon of good mental health. This is where our attention, commitment, and care must be directed. By prioritizing our own mental well-being and ensuring that we do not negatively impact the mental health of those around us, we can make progress as individuals—whether as students, parents, or as a society at large.
