Training needs in the "family business"

Abstract

The article deals with the training needs of families in terms of their educational role. To this end, the author makes a comparison between the family and a company, emphasising questions related to the knowledge of parents, their training, as well as existing family models. In this way, terms such as responsibility, educational quality and freedom are explored in depth.
