Abstract

This educative program has its scientific and pedagogic basis on the description of the entrepreneurial competence seen from five different dimensions called “five keys of talent”. We open doors with those five keys, which lock in a person’s talent, hidden without value, out of society and inside the person itself. This educative program has an objective: awakening young talents and offering tools to develop it and using it to favour others. The program is presented by young coaches, in charge of facilitating it to young people in formal and non-formal education.
