Education towards change: proposals for action

Abstract

This paper shows a way for innovate in education from creative and generating-change proposals, analyzing the elements that promote changes and those that hinder them. When a innovation process begins, it is required to rely on people involved in the task, and start from the present situation, reviewing the methods in order to improve it, in a participative way.

A changing society requires changes in the education system, as well as in the collectives that work in these areas, in different spaces, not only at school. Hence, it is essential to move forward in a creative way to find new strategies for dinamize learning throughout the life, breaking inertia.
