Abstract

The article explains what gambling addiction is, how it develops progressively in individuals, and what its effects are. It also repeatedly mentions that it is a disorder that does not appear overnight; rather, it is cultivated over time, and the number of people with this disorder is increasing. Throughout the article, triggering factors and strategies for families are discussed.
