Company and school, both sides of the coin?

Abstract

This article contains a historical view of professional development from its beginnings to our days. The relations between the administration ,schools and work centres are analysed throughout and the different roles of each component have been taken into account. The models have been changing but the agents involved have been the same, even though the distribution of role and weight differs according to the historical, economic and social moments of the study.
