There are numerous studies and research on pedagogical leadership which have been developed in depth by Leithwood,Hesselbein, Gento and Bolívar, among others. The aim of this paper was to report our experience of six years in the direction of the CEIP “San Juan de la Cruz” de Córdoba (Andalucía). Our goal was to achieve a quality school and train and instruct complete and competent persons capable of meet the challenges of today's society. Our proposal is to promote and encourage shared leadership distributed at each school, identifying those with leadership skills and abilities, developing our own ones and those of others and work collaboratively the challenges of school leadership. It is essential to understand that, combining to experienced stakeholders, accepting general propositions, leveraging the strengths and overcoming the weaknesses of individual leaders, we get a good recipe to improve our performance and to offer a quality education.Downloads
