Abstract

After the growth of social, creative and emotional intelligence, the emerging challenge in school is the spiritual intelligence. Spiritual competences such as knowing to manage the thinking, to question reality, to give sense, etc… are essential in the school of the future, as much in religious as in non-religious school. The problem isn’t the lack of materials and activities. The key is to redefine our mental and pedagogical model, in order to go from the paradigm of “transmission” to the “spiritual learning through discovery”.
