There is a large consensus among teachers, about the importance of educating the emotional intelligence of our students. But also, on the difficulties of knowing when and how to educate.
Therefore, the main objective of this article is to present and facilitate schools a comprehensive mentoring program that responds to the strategic decision to invest in the human formation of their students, from the development of their personal and social emotional skills.
A program that seeks to educate the emotional intelligence is notan isolated but linked to projective intelligence or executive mode.
The reason for this strategic decision to link the emotional and projective or executive intelligences is that life is a project, and when there are vital project life has meaning.
