This article highlights the need to focus on a different education, including the training of emotional competencies as a priority objective. It emphasizes the fact that emotional understanding or empathy is one of the most demanded skills in the world of work and offers greater opportunities for success and employment. It also emphasizes the importance of emotions in solving problems, both personal and work; Finally, the need to include in the curriculum the formation of emotional abilities is revealed.Downloads
