Abstract

This article suggests the idea that if you want to teach Emotional Intelligence in schools in an efficient manner it is necessary to have a rigorous and scientifically validated program, but not enough. In addition, a realistic plan of implementation is necessary as well as parents and teachers with a growth mindset who believe that learning and development of Emotional Intelligence depend on the effort and daily work each of us.
