Coaching is a method of developing the potential and talent that can be applied in education. Its roots are in humanistic psychology so it is not something completely new. Carl Rogers applied his principles of clinical psychology to develop the "student-centered learning." The model SER MÁS (BE MORE) is a methodology of coaching conversation at the service of teachers, counselors and parents to guide the development of students.
