1842 is a landmark in Feuerbach’s theoretical evolution. The renewal of philosophy must assume religion, essential form of human spirit, understood in an immanent way. Religion acquires significance through anthropology and fulfils itself in politics. In this sense, the principle of the new philosophy is the faith in Man as the unique and furthest reference. Feuerbach translates into political terms (State) the philosophical concepts (essence, genre) used in his dissolution of Theology in Anthropology. The State is the providence as a consequence of the consideration of man as God forman. Solely ethics is the true religion. The new moral philosophy, the true philosophy, is the fulfilment of the philosophy and religion of the past.Downloads
