This involves answering the question about the possibility of an ecological lifestyle in modern living conditions; i.e., taking into account man’s technical and economic condition, the technologization of society, the new economic culture based on economic growth, unlimited production and dominance of consumption. As a way to solve this we propose a universal ethics of solidary responsibility for an ecological ethos, capable of overcoming the dilemma usually arising between the values of biocentrism and humanism.Downloads
