Abstract

What I propose in this paper is to address the problem that Zubiri intended to solve for over 50 years in the twentieth century: the problem of the unity of man. This problem is expressed in the classic formula «body and soul». Based on this problem Zubiri had to think of a philosophy, restructure theology and to have a man’s deeper understanding of science. Therefore with the problem of man in the background we have to take account of the conception of body and consequently it would make sense to rethink both nature and God Him
