The purpose of this article is double. On the one hand, our work analyzes and synthesizes some of the philosophical and epistemological problems linked to the subject’s question, showing the diversity of concepts, approaches and contemporary controversial, and defending a no reductionist point of view. On the other hand, we defend a solution to the René Girard’s paradox between deconstruction and claim of the subject through the Ego of Desire in Jean-Michel Oughourlian and the Edgar Morin’s complexity paradigm.
