This article analyzes the influence of Hannah Arendt in the notion «regime of historicity» of François Hartog. It explains the change introduced by the modern concept of history with regard to the former one and the rupture with tradition, from Arendt’s texts. This explanation allows us to see the arendtian anticipation of problems and accents that, from the hermeneutic need, shape the coordinates of what we nowadays understand as «regime of historicity».
