The development of the conditions for living the faith in the secular age is the purpose of Charles Taylor’s great contribution. The influence of this study is inescapable; it constitutes an unavoidable vector in the current studies on this matter. But a detailed dissemination of his contribution is necessary in order to facilitate a fuller understanding of Taylor’s reconstruction. In this article I intend to explain the constitution of the immanent frame, dominant in our western culture, as Taylor develops it in chapter 15 of his work A Secular Age.Downloads
