“God cannot separate us”
A Mediterranean theology
Keywords:
dialogue, space of transitions, La peste, synod, Mediterranean theologyAbstract
The parallel consideration of an agnostic and a believer in the reading of La peste of Camus allows to counterpose communion in difference, an attitude that is at the root of a theological way of proceeding, based on reception, listening, dialogue, admiration and fraternal encounter, characteristics of the so-called “Mediterranean theology”. Recent events such as the Bari Meeting have highlighted new possibilities for this way of doing theology. This is configured as Christian wisdom in a time and in a space of transitions.
