Meditation is one of the practices we can start today to live humanly in accelerated societies that wound our relationships with society, nature and ourselves. The article describes a way of meditating focused on the attention to body, hands, breath and mantra, developed by Franz Jálics SJ; and shows —mainly based on the author’s experience— how this way of meditating is synonymous of dancing, healing, deepening and offering oneself. It is an invitation to meditate.
