Nulidad del matrimonio canónico
Abstract
La nulidad matrimonial eclesiástica se ha visto envuelta en los últimos decenios en una serie de apriorismos que no se corresponden con la realidad de la actuación cotidiana de los tribunales eclesiásticos españoles. Resulta importante acercarse a esta figura con el mayor rigor científico y con la menor subjetividad. Se trata de que muchos fieles no sientan la dicotomía en sus vidas de estar unidos a una persona en matrimonio canónico distinta de aquella con la que están vinculadas por matrimonio civil y a la que a pesar de sus creencias religiosas sienten como verdadero cónyuge.
