From the "Chief of Staff" to "B2E" 1. The more radical transformation in people management

Vast technologic progresses that have occurred since the final part of last century set us in a changing organizational environment at high, that has moved on a drastic transformation in the way of administering persons in the organization. We’ve travelled since Information era to Intellectual Capital era, or Knowledge Society, when adapting to that changing environment it’s essential and Information and Communication Technologies (ICT’s) provide a complete tool of Human Capital Management. That’s the case of B2E (Business to Employee) which we can develop different Internet processes with, in a way of a virtual office. The objective is to approach high return Human Resources Policies, that let us relying on an agile, productive and motivated personal, three key factors on organization survival and development in this changing and competitive environment.References
