Resumen

Las Redes Virtuales de Fabricación Global (RVFGs) están formadas por empresas muy dinámicas que establecen entre sí relaciones fundamentalmente de tipo horizontal, pudiendo incluso ser competidores, donde no es necesario mantener internamente grandes recursos fabriles sino gestionar y compartir eficientemente los recursos de la red. Este trabajo propone un marco teórico para resolver la paradoja estratégica que deben afrontar sus actores basado en una triple perspectiva estratégicaq ue contempla alinear de una manera coherente la estrategia de las empresas que forman parte de una RVFG bajo tres perspectivas estratégicas: 1) Perspectiva Nodal;2) Perspectiva Diádica y 3) Perspectiva Sistémica.
