Abstract

In Spain we are running from a mediterranean model of childhood towarda neoliberal model. The new period of advanced Modernity ask for more reflexives competences. We need to reinforce the associative and educational tools and we need to reinstitucionalize the adolescence because this is too long and this hadto finish in the convenient steps for the constitution of the subjects.
