Because of feeling different

Abstract

Homosexuality is a current social phenomenon that affects a minority. This minority is still rejected and discriminated by some sectors of society. It is necessary to educate youngsters in tolerance from school and high school, as this one is a very sensitive developmental stage and the feeling of being discriminated can have severe consequences as suicide, low self-steem, disassociated sexuality, pathologic shyness, drugs abuse and double lives.
