This article talks about why and what for we need a “Teacher’s Portfolio” and why this is a possible answer to several pedagogic intentions, such as: an instrument of reflection and structure of thinking, an instrument of knowledge, a dynamic tool of creation and assumption of professionalism, a tool of evaluation, a tool of communication and differentiation and finally a tool of development.Downloads
