Abstract

SEMIZ (Mediation Educative Service of Instituto Zorrilla in Valladolid) is a service that offers mediation workshops to trainers, teachers and educators and favour participation and communication to facilitate conflict pacific management to get more active, independent and responsible attitude and communication and self control management techniques.
