Abstract

Teenagers often experience emotional states of pain and sadness that impact both their present and future well-being. The author questions whether educational environments and authorities can play a role in helping them manage these emotions and offers practical suggestions for various settings—society, family, and school—to provide support.

    Maestra de Infantil y Primaria, doctora en Pedagogía y Psicoterapeuta infantil y familiar y ha impartido la asignatura de Didáctica de la Lengua y la Literatura en la Universidad Pontificia Comillas durante los últimos 12 años. Actualmente está jubilada y se dedica a la creación literaria y a escribir artículos y conferencias sobre temáticas educativas.
