Abstract

Educational leadership has among its tasks and responsibilities the revitalization of participation and collaboration between schools, families and the community. It is a necessary alliance to guarantee a good education of fair and equitable quality for all students, strengthen school institutions and exercise a right and duty that is key as an expression and recreation of democratic life. After taking stock of the state of the art and improvements to be made, some principles and lines of action are proposed.
