Abstract

Building more inclusive schools requires leaders who dream and build community; who develop, trust, support and value people; who share and distribute leadership; and above all, who innovate and encourage innovation. We need people who are optimistic, committed, passionate, courageous and humble... because only truly inclusive schools can guarantee the human right to quality education for all and thus contribute to a more just and inclusive society.
