Abstract

Contemporary education has expanded the role of teachers: they no longer only transmit knowledge, but also guide the development of critical, autonomous, and ethical individuals. In this process, our words, attitudes, and way of communicating have a direct impact on students, playing a key role not only in learning but also in the construction of their personal and moral identity.
