Emotional education is an essential tool for fostering well-being and positive relationships both inside and outside the classroom. This article presents an experience developed during a school internship based on an Emotions Escape Room designed around the principles of the NGO Entreculturas and transformative education. Through play, cooperation, and shared reflection, students learned to identify emotions, express feelings, and develop strategies to strengthen interpersonal relationships and improve classroom coexistence.
