Abstract

Adequate mastery of reading techniques is essential for learning. In many cases, a lack of such skills is the root cause of academic failure. In school, tasks such as grammar are often prioritized over reading. Reading should only be considered a goal achieved when the student has discovered the pleasure of reading. Encouraging reading through certain proposals can have a positive impact on this task, as reflected in the “Book Fair” experience.
