Introducing the "Systems Game", an activity aimed at management teams with the aim of analysing the functioning of their educational centre as a system. It is discovered through the playful representation of different systems, the elements, cooperation and common objectives. In addition, certain concepts from general systems theory (GST) applied to education are introduced.
