Fernando Pariente presents three key developments in the LOGSE. The advancement of language teaching to the age of eight, the reform of vocational training with new qualifications linked to the world of work, and the creation of the National Institute for Quality and Evaluation, responsible for analysing and ensuring the effectiveness of the education system throughout Spain.
