On this occasion, we find ourselves with an interview, or rather a diary, of a novice teacher who is teaching at her childhood school. María has begun the difficult experience of being a teacher, and now she is seeing it first-hand. It is not interacting with the children that she finds difficult, but rather she recognises that she dreams of and believes in another possible school, one in which structures are not the most important thing. Some children are deeply wounded, broken inside, just like their families. Others are very superficial, lacking depth, some full of information but defeated by disillusionment. This is the great challenge: how to reach them?
