It presents the course "Personal Growth and Development," a programme for adolescents designed by Dr. Gérard Guasch to help young people overcome confusion, strengthen their self-esteem, and learn to make decisions in the face of peer pressure. It aims to teach adolescents to say "no" confidently as a preventive education tool.
