Abstract

Throughout this article, the importance of self evaluation is justified to create critic, responsible, reflexive and independent citizens. At the same time, self evaluation is for the teacher a way of knowing the valuation their students give to their learning. This article also presents some techniques to make self evaluation real in the class: a self evaluation notebook, a weekly plan sheet, a diary and a student portfolio.
