Abstract

The constant use of screens has transformed our way of life, but it also significantly affects attention, especially in children and adolescents. Various studies indicate that excessive screen time contributes to attention problems, cognitive delays, and emotional disorders. Although screens offer benefits, such as facilitating everyday and educational tasks, their use should be moderated. It is crucial to educate families and teachers about the potential negative effects of screens, promoting responsible and balanced use of technology.
