Abstract

Teaching is often seen as a solitary job, where the teacher enters the classroom and only the students observe him or her. Despite this, it is very beneficial to allow others to evaluate your work, as well as other parts of the school system. It is important to promote this general evaluation, which will allow us to improve and evolve.
