Abstract

The censure and disapproval of writings according to canon 823, §2 is the responsibility of certain ecclesiastical authorities. We think the competence of the author’s own Ordinary of the Place is prevailing. The Conference of Bishops and particular Councils will be of help and orientation to their own Ordinaries.
