Abstract

In the intellectual reflection of lasts centuries, the Christian idea of creation has been strongly challenged from different perspectives. Can we, Christians, still maintain, in our XXI century, that the world is «God’s creation»? This article carefully reviews the difficulties to understand the biblical and Christian concept of creation, and the answers that can be given by modern science, theology and philosophy.
