Abstract

The Jesuit Refugee Service (JSR) was founded in 1980 to accompany, serve and defend the rights of refugees and forcibly displaced people. The author of this article recounts five lessons on reconciliation that he learned from his personal experience in the refugee camps.

Colaborador en SJR Internacional y en la Universidad Pontificia Comillas.

El SJR es una ONG humanitaria de la Compañía de Jesús que fue fundada en 1980 por el P. Arrupe, antiguo padre general. Desarrolla unos 200 proyectos en unos 50 países donde unos 2000 refugiados colaboran con unos 1200 contratados.
