Abstract

This research shows recent case law developments of the Apostolic Tribunal of the Roman Rota regarding the exclusion of bonum prolis, distinguishing those cases in which the exclusion is complete and perpetual, temporary or ad tempus, ad libitum, as well as the procedural requirements and the most relevant causa contrahendi and causa simulandi invoked and accepted by the Apostolic Tribunal of the Roman Rota from 2006 to 2012.

Cristina Guzmán Pérez, Universidad Pontificia Comillas

La profesora Cristina Guzmán Pérez estudió ICADE (E-1) licenciándose en Derecho por la Universidad de Deusto y graduándose en Ciencias Empresariales en 1979. Se doctoró en Derecho en la Facultad de Derecho de la Universidad Pontificia Comillas en 1995. Es licenciada en Derecho Canónico por la Universidad Pontificia Comillas desde el año 1993. En el año 1983 comenzó su docencia en la Facultad de Derecho de la Universidad Pontificia Comillas. Ha enseñado Derecho Canónico y Derecho Eclesiástico del Estado en Grado y Postgrado. También ha impartido la asignatura optativa de Crisis Matrimoniales Civiles y Canónicas. Actualmente imparte Derecho Eclesiástico del Estado y Derecho matrimonial canónico, así como un curso de doctorado en la Facultad de Derecho Canónico. También ha colaborado con docencia en los cursos de especialización en violencia de género en el Instituto de Familia. Actualmente es Directora del Departamento de Derecho Canónico y Derecho Eclesiástico del Estado en la Facultad de Derecho Canónico. Abogada en ejercicio desde 1980.
